These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 38phcash ("38phcash," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 38phcash online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at 38phcash.vip (the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility

38phcash reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 38phcash Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 38phcash account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. 38phcash employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 38phcash reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 38phcash login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

38phcash operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 38phcash's discretion. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

38phcash accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 38phcash does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. Deposits are generally credited to your 38phcash account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. 38phcash is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 38phcash aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your own name. 38phcash reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

38phcash is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 38phcash reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering or fraud.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

38phcash offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• 38phcash reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 38phcash Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and regularly audited by independent testing laboratories.

By participating in any game on the 38phcash Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by RNG technology and is entirely random.
• Past game outcomes have no bearing on future results.
• You participate in all games at your own risk and with full understanding that losses are possible.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, 38phcash reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed during that round.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, exploits, or any other means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 38phcash Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 38phcash Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 38phcash or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 38phcash.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 38phcash, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special , consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 38phcash Platform, even if 38phcash has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 38phcash shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 38phcash's reasonable control.
• Any loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the Platform.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional materials.

The 38phcash Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 38phcash does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

38phcash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a Philippine court or regulatory authority.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in 38phcash's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 38phcash reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and wagering requirements on bonus funds.

You may request the closure of your 38phcash account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

11. Responsible Gaming

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 38phcash informally by contacting our customer support team. 38phcash will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 38phcash to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
